Michelle is ideal for women's groups who seek a little levity and yet an insightful message to take home.

Michelle Sim is a speaker, ordained pastor, producer and minister to many Christian musicians and artists across Canada. A Speaker Associate with World Vision Canada, she is both hilariously funny and deeply insightful. Some have compared Michelle's approach to humour with Carol Burnett or Phyllis Diller, and indeed the first time that I heard her speak at a conference, I laughed so hard that I had tears running down my cheeks...and two years later I still remember her message: "If God can use a goof-ball like me, He can certainly use you!"

Michelle is the founder of Northern Praise Ministries which provides an excellent support system for performing artists. Michelle has been a minister, mentor and somewhat of a mother figure to many artists across Canada.

In 2003, Michelle co-founded Authentic Women of Canada (AWOC) conferences, which offer women solid teaching, lots of fun, great fellowship in Christ and music from wonderful Canadian Christian artists.
